When faced with a disaster within your community, it is important to have skilled contractors available to deal with all the details. At PCA, we are hands-on from the beginning of the disaster until all other details are completed. We will assure proper securing of the affected areas, document all damage, assist with the affected residents, work with the insurance company to assure the Association collects all necessary insurance proceeds to complete work, work with engineers, architects and building departments to plan the reconstruction and finally—complete the reconstruction in an expeditious and precise manner. Part of this reconstruction would involve direct interaction with the residents and in this case, communication is the key to a successful process. PCA takes the pressure off of the Boards and Management and handles all aspects of addressing your disaster.
